课时目标

  1. 语言能力目标:

    (1)学生能听懂、会说、会读词组hit the drumlight firecrackerswear red make a sachetbalance an eggdrink chrysanthemum winepick dogwood等词组

  2. 学生能复述四个传统节日小故事

  3. 学习能力目标:

    学生能通过观看视频、图片和阅读文本的方式,获取观察分析、提取信息的能力;

  4. 思维品质目标:

    通过阅读四个传统节日故事,学生能够写出自己喜爱的故事并结合课堂所学讲述其理由。

  5. 文化意识目标:

    学生能够通过了解不同的传统节日故事,增强文化自信,主动的传播中国传统故事。

     

    教学过程:

    一、Pre-reading

  6. Enjoy a song:Whats the song about?    months

  7. Free talk:Different festivals are in different months.In this unit,we have learnt four Chinese festivals.What are they?

  8. Review story time:what aspects can we mentioned when we talked about spring festival?

    在预习作业Appetizer 环节已经向学生渗透了各个节日的思维导图,让学生了解到当我们谈论一个节日可以从Whenwhat to do以及what to eat这三个方面讨论,并且将思维导图这一概念迁移到下面对四个传统故事的复述中去,而思维导图复述故事这一个概念也渗透进了整个课堂中。

  9. Checkout time:Ask and answer other three festivals

    在预习作业的Appetizer环节以课文内容填空的形式对story time的内容进行复习,有助于在此ask and answer环节帮助学生能快速的回忆起课文内容,因此课堂上学生能根据老师提供的语言支架进行一问一答,有效的锻炼学生语言能力的发展。

    5.There is a competition,it called用英语讲中国故事Do you want to join it? And look,It has a solgan(口号)。Stories of China.Retold in English.We are in action.

    To be a good teller.First,we should be a good reader.First,Lets start reading.

     

    二、While-reading

    Nians story

  1. Look and say:Look,its a big monster,do you know its name?

    What festival is the story about?  

    2.Watch and find:What is Nian afraid of?

    3.Think and say: What do people do?

    4.Try to retell the story with the help of thinking map.

    5.Do you like the story?Why?

     

    Qu Yuans story

  2. Look and say:Whos he?

  3. Watch and say:What do Qu Yuan do for his country ?

  4. Read and choose:What do people do ?

  5. Lets learn

  6. Sing a song

    6.Try to retell the story with the help of thinking map.

    7.Do you like the story?Why?

    Chang E flying to the moon.

  1. Look and say:Do you know who is this beautiful lady?  Lets enjoy the story Chang E flying to the moon.

  2. Read and order

    2.Group work:Retell the story.

    在自助餐式作业的Main course环节向学生提前渗透有关月亮的故事,学生在思考为何喜欢“嫦娥奔月”这个故事的时候可以表达出有关于月亮有关的思乡、思念亲人之情,有助于学生的思维品质培养。

    三、After-reading

    1.Lets write:Which one is your favourite.Lets write it down.

    在自助餐式作业的Dessert 环节是对学生最喜欢的节日进行调查,调查活动中有涉及到timeactivityfood以及reason,这与本节课的写作输出环节是能够相对应的,学生在经过课前的调查活动后,有内容可写,在此过程中增强文化自信,最后自然地进行情感升华:将中国故事,我们在行动。
